FAQ

1. What is HamsterBank?
HamsterBank is an innovative platform that merges gamification with modern financial technologies, offering a unique virtual asset management experience. Users manage a virtual bank and earn rewards for effective financial activities.
The platform aims to create a dynamic global community, continuously expanding with new tools for optimizing asset management strategies.
2. What new initiatives do you plan to implement?
While we cannot share all our plans, we can announce that HamsterBank will introduce new functionality for effective management of virtual assets. We also intend to integrate other blockchain technologies and launch P2E projects that will provide opportunities for earning and entertainment.
Our goal is to create an active community by attracting people from various sectors and offering them innovative solutions for financial growth.
3. What currencies does HamsterBank accept?
HamsterBank operates exclusively with the cryptocurrency TON, based on the TON blockchain using the TON protocol. This cryptocurrency can be found on many exchanges, such as Binance, ByBit, and others. TON is also available in cryptocurrency wallets like Tonkeeper, TrustWallet, and similar options.
4. What is the minimum amount for purchasing a boost?
The minimum amount for purchasing a boost in HamsterBank is 2 TON. If the amount you send to our address is less than this value, the system will not register your payment, and your funds may be lost in the blockchain. Please be cautious. We will not be able to refund lost funds.
5. What income will I receive?
At HamsterBank, the base daily profit for each bank is 0.11 TON. Every user who joins the platform can earn this amount directly. Withdrawals are available immediately, but please consider transaction fees and the minimum withdrawal amount. The profit without purchasing a boost (0.1 TON per day) will be credited to users’ accounts for 35 days from the moment of registration in HamsterBank. The next day, the free TON accrual will end.
To increase your earnings, you can purchase a boost for your bank. In addition to the base daily profit, you will receive an additional 3.33% per day based on the value of your boost. For example, if the boost costs 100 TON, you will earn an extra 3.33 TON daily, totaling 3.44 TON per day along with the base profit of 0.11 TON.
6. I already have a boost. If I make another one, what will happen?
When you activate a new boost in HamsterBank, you will see an increase in potential profit. Technically, it will appear as the creation of a separate boost under current terms, meaning you will have two distinct boosts, each operating for 60 days.
For example, if you open the second boost 30 days after the first one, your first boost will complete its 30 days, while the second boost will operate for the full 60 days.
7. How to earn without investments?
To get started with HamsterBank, we offer the opportunity to earn 0.1 TON daily without any investments.
Additionally, we provide the option to earn TON by completing simple tasks in the relevant section.
However, you will only be able to withdraw these funds after activating a boost for TON.
8. What is the minimum amount for withdrawals?
The minimum withdrawal amount is set at 5 TON for TON tokens and 300 NOT for NOT tokens.
9. What are the withdrawal timelines?
The withdrawal time for TON tokens from your balance is 24 hours, although in certain cases, this period may extend to 48 hours. For NOT tokens, the withdrawal timeframe is set at 48 hours for verifying the referral structure.
10 Why haven’t my NOT coins been credited to my account?
If you attempt to create or use accounts you’ve already made and invite them using your referral link to receive NOT coins as a reward, your account may be frozen or withdrawals of NOT coins blocked after an administrator review. Please do not try to bypass the multi-account verification system, as all of your accounts will be blocked in such cases.
11 Is there a fee?
Yes. We charge a fee of 0.5 TON or 50 NOT for each withdrawal.
The fee goes into a reserve fund to maintain the infrastructure and cover staff expenses.
The section will be gradually updated based on the questions that frequently arise from our users.
